Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
2.Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Karachi: 1–3 business days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3.Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
From time to time, Impresso Perfumes may offer free shipping promotions subject to the terms of the promotion.
4.Order Confirmation
We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order and delivery details.
Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order.
Impresso Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
5.Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to receive the package, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Orders that are refused or repeatedly undeliverable may be cancelled.
6.Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take clear photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

7.Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.
